OKTOBER &#8211; SVETOVNI DAN DU\u0160EVNEGA ZDRAVJA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsako leto se 10. oktobra obele\u017euje svetovni dan du\u0161evnega zdravja. To je stanje dobrega po\u010dutja, v katerem posameznik razvija svoje sposobnosti, se je zmo\u017een spoprijemati s stresom v vsakdanjem \u017eivljenju, u\u010dinkovito in produktivno opravlja delo ter prispeva v svojo skupnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skrb za du\u0161evno zdravje<\/strong> je pomembno <strong>vedno in za vsakogar<\/strong>. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u0160e posebej<\/span>, pa je potrebno za dobro du\u0161evno zdravje skrbeti <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">v \u010dasu med nose\u010dnostjo in po nose\u010dnosti<\/span>. Do\u017eivljanje intenzivnega stresa in te\u017eave v du\u0161evnem zdravju lahko namre\u010d negativno vplivajo na razvoj otroka (npr. po\u010dasnej\u0161i razvoj, ni\u017eje gibalne zmo\u017enosti, ve\u010d vedenjskih in \u010dustvenih te\u017eav).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-dark-green-color\">Zato je pomembno, da za svoje du\u0161evno zdravje ne poskrbi le \u017eenska sama, temve\u010d da ji pri tem pomagajo tudi najbli\u017eji.<\/mark><\/strong><br>Kako?
